Project Management

In this project, I was the only developer working on the game for the final three weeks. Initially, our group consisted of four members (two developers and two artists), but unfortunately, the other developer had to leave after a few days, leaving me with a scrambled project. Although I didn’t have the opportunity to code anything big or advanced, I focused on ensuring we had a product to deliver.

While this project didn’t significantly improve my coding skills, it taught me how to work under time pressure and independently. We used Scrum for project management, and I took on the role of Scrum Master. Our project may not be large, special, or advanced, but we delivered a product on time, and I am proud of what we achieved given the circumstances.
